Many Road Warriors find that keeping a workout schedule is difficult, since you may be traveling a lot and unable to visit the gym on a regular basis.
Here are some great tips to keep fit when you’re on the road. You don’t have to visit a fancy gym or use the hotel’s facilities…just pack some light workout clothes and your runners and get ready for a good workout! It’s about using your own resistance, getting some fresh air (if you can!) and making sure to keep yourself motivated that will get the job done…there are no excuses!
